Red and white check

Checkered dress

Tartan or Vichy are attributes of the traditional British and French image. Fashionable red and white checkered dresses embody European urban style or the modest charm of country life.

Everyday outfits are straight tartan sheaths with rigid asymmetrical pleats. Allies of a checkered dress are light-colored sneakers or low-heeled shoes.

Outfits with Vichy patterns are reminiscent of the romance of country life. Dresses are made from linen and cotton and decorated with elements of folk costume. Puff sleeves and gathered skirts are inspired by peasant blouses. Tight lace-up bodices were borrowed from the women of the Alpine region.

“Rustic” checkered dresses are a vacation outfit that provides comfort in hot weather. The charm of the old European style will be emphasized by shoes - Spanish esparillas with wicker wedges and French clogs with wooden soles.

Business style

business style color range does not exceed 4 colors. 2-3 colors are considered the best, and with 4, two of them should be close in tone. The business style is based on multifunctional colors: black, dark blue, white, gray, beige. Then restrained, little emotional, medium-warm shades: brown, burgundy, gray-blue, sea green, bottle, emerald, mustard, sand, dark purple.

Light shades by pastel colors: all shades of beige, lilac, blue, gold, etc. The main task of the color scheme in business style clothing is to create a neutral or inviting background for successful negotiations. Thus, the predominance of dark tones in the combination of clothes adds solidity to you. The predominance of light shades sets the mood for positivity, the conversation can move in a more friendly direction. A contrasting combination of dark and light creates a neutral background for conversation.

Red dresses with white decor

Plain dress

The models combine brightness and rigor. The dress is made of plain red material and complemented with contrasting details: collar, buttons, wide stripe on the skirt. White elements, characteristic of a business suit, turn a scarlet outfit into correct attire for the office or cocktail party.

Two-tone dresses have an alternative - a red combination plus a blouse. An element of underwear worn over a shirt becomes a bohemian outfit for visiting museums and cafes.

Dresses adjust the figure depending on the location of contrasting elements. The style with a white bodice and a red skirt visually enlarges the bust and narrows the hips. A vertical row of contrasting buttons is slimming. Tight-fitting red dresses with a white border at the bottom emphasize the waist and smooth out the line of the buttocks.

Wear strict but bright models with classic shoes - black or beige pumps.

Classic style

In terms of complexity, it is similar to the color scheme of a business style. Mostly 2-3 colors, but a full four-color palette is also possible.

The classic range differs from the business one in the variety of available shades and color accents. The main feature of the combinations is restraint and emphasized elegance. Flashy colors are considered bad taste, so all light, rich, pure tones are rejected. The more complex the color, the more it fits into the color scheme of the classic style. The exception is pure red.

Combinations are based on black, dark blue, gray, brown. Dark colors in a classic style are preferred, although a light palette is also present. The light color scheme is based on white, beige, light gray, light brown shades. Additional colors are selected from the pastel range.

In the classic style, you can use colors such as gray-violet, cobalt, deep turquoise, gray-blue, blue, gray-blue, burgundy, raspberry, lingonberry, red, terracotta, peach, pale pink, lilac, sand, gold , camel, the color of young wheat, shades of ocher, many shades of muted greenery.
