1. Mix all the herbs in a separate container, boil 0.5 liters of water and pour in our herbs.

2. Close the lid and let it brew for 15 minutes.

3. Strain, add salt and mix well.

4. Dip your hands in the broth for 15 minutes, then blot them with a towel, or better yet, with a disposable napkin and spread with cream.

Contrast baths

Exposure to contrasting temperatures helps improve blood circulation, increase skin tone, rejuvenate it and relieve puffiness. It is important to strictly adhere to the recommendations so as not to harm the blood vessels and get the desired result.

For a contrast bath you will need two containers:

  1. We pour very warm water (38-40 degrees) into one, and cold, but not ice-cold, into the second.
  2. It is recommended to first stretch your hands a little with a massage.
  3. Immerse your hands in warm water for 3 minutes, and then in cold water for 5-10 seconds, depending on how you feel.
  4. We immediately repeat the sequence.
  5. Number of repetitions – 5-10 times.
  6. The procedure is completed by immersion in cold water.

Moisturizing baths

They are extremely popular in the summer and off-season.

Ingredients with pronounced moisturizing properties: flaxseeds, honey, milk, potato broth, rose, peach, coconut oils.

Recipe with flaxseeds

Brew half a glass of flaxseeds with 200 ml of boiling water and simmer in a water bath for 20 minutes until it becomes a jelly. Cool and immerse hands for 15-20 minutes.

With bran

Brew 100 mg of bran with 300 ml of boiling water, stir, leave for 15 minutes, and then immerse your hands until the mixture cools. Rinse your hands with water, dry and apply cream.

Remedies for cracked skin on hands

✔ For cracked, chapped and reddened hand skin, a bath of hot linden blossom infusion helps a lot. The bath water temperature should be between (40-42°C). For one liter of water, take one tablespoon of linden blossom and brew for two hours. Dip your hands into the infusion and hold for 15 minutes, then dry with a towel and apply nourishing hand cream to the skin.

✔ Wash the coltsfoot leaves, chop and mix with fresh milk: two tablespoons of leaf pulp for one glass of milk. Soak your hands in this mixture for 10 minutes, then wipe your hands and pat dry with a napkin, but do not wash with water.

✔ Take a handful of flaxseed, grind and mix with one tablespoon of almond oil. Add water until a thin paste forms. Immerse your hands in the prepared mixture. Massage your hands with the mixture for 15 minutes, then rinse with warm water and dry thoroughly with a napkin.
