To create such a lush sweet flower on the cake, you will need white chocolate, which will need to be melted in a water bath.

Now lay parchment paper on the table and place the slightly cooled white chocolate glaze on it, and then use the top of a spoon to smear it a little on the paper so that you form a neat petal.

You will need to make 8 large petals, 8 medium petals and 5 small petals.

Now place the chocolate petals on parchment paper in the refrigerator until completely hardened.

When the flower elements have hardened, they must be carefully separated from the paper and begin decorating the cake.

Apply the cake cream to the side of your homemade dessert and start gluing the petals. First we glue the large petals.

Then we apply another layer of cream and attach medium-sized petals, and then small petals.

Add a little cake cream to the middle and prepare the stamens of our sweet flower.

Flower cakes can be made in different sizes, shapes and with different numbers of tiers. It all depends on your imagination and the wishes of your customers.

I will be making a round, two-tiered flower cake.

To make the composition I will need: four piaflora bricks for fresh flowers, cardboard, felt-sisal, felt, cling film, technical cord, toothpicks, two plates, tape, decorative cord, decorative ornaments (cherry), cut flowers (eustoma, spray rose , gypsophila), tools (scissors, pruning shears, piaflora knife, floral knife, thermal gun, wire cutters, awl, needle with a large eye).

For my piaflora cake, I will cut out tiers 5 cm thick. To do this, I will cut each bar lengthwise. And then, I will cut out the top and bottom tier of the cake. To do this, place a large plate on top, outline it and cut out the bottom tier of our cake. We do the same when cutting out the top tier, only we need to take a plate of smaller diameter.

Soak the piaflora blanks in water.

Now we will make the base on which our flower cake will be placed. To do this, we cut out a square with sides 27 cm from cardboard. We cover it with felt-sisal; if desired, you can glue the felt-sisal on the wrong side with a heat gun.

Then we take the piaflor out of the water (after it sinks to the bottom on its own and is well saturated with water). We fasten the parts of the lower and upper tier together with toothpicks. After this, we wrap the lower tier first and then the upper one with cling film. We wrap each tier on the end side with tape to further secure the film. Carefully cut off the piaflora washers from the top of the film-packed washers.

Now the bottom tier of the cake needs to be secured to a cardboard base; to do this, we pierce holes on the base with an awl and thread a technical cord through them, then tie the bottom tier. After that, use toothpicks to connect the top and bottom tiers of the cake.

We decorate both tiers with a strip of felt folded in three, 5.5 cm wide. We secure the felt from the wrong side with a heat gun. And tie it with a decorative cord into a bow.
